Raw Material Used
We procure raw materials from reliable vendors who guarantee their quality. Before sourcing the materials, we also conduct relevant inspections as per our guidelines and standards. A majority of material procurement is done from top-notch steel manufacturers such as TISCO, SAIL, VSIL, etc.
Scale of Operations
We procure raw materials from reputed vendors and in the initial stage, we cut these materials with the help of hacksaw and band saws. These raw materials are subjected to extreme temperature of 1200 degree centigrade and are shaped by applying compressive force using a power hammer or a press. There are several steps followed for quality forging from raw materials to the finished products:
- First of all, we conduct physical inspection of raw materials.
- We do chemical tests and ultrasonic diagnosis of raw materials.
- After forging, we transfer these forged products to MICA PIT/Silica P 27.
- After normalizing the products, we conduct ultrasonic scanning of the normalized products.
- Various tests are then conducted, including hardness testing, tensile tests, and micro-structure testing.
- We stamp the product with our trademark.
- We then finalize the coloring of the products.

The forging process is an essential process as it gives a directional alignment to the directional properties of the product such as strength, ductility, and resistance to impact. The forging process involves proper grain flow orientation that results in maximum impact strength and fatigue resistance.
